Donald Livingston, harpsichord

(zoom links for both days/times and instructions will be emailed to ticket holders a week before event)

Immanuel, Paul, and Donald assemble a body of French music from Marais to Leclair in a collection entitled Frankensuite. This assemblage (it’s alive!) is followed by a new work by Paul Jacobson entitled Overture in Three Movements for Two Traversi and Harpsichord. The program (and season) concludes with a Suite of Famous (and Infamous) Women: Trios from Telemann’s Der Getreue Music Meister. The premiere of the new trio explores a scenario in which various 18th century composers meet up with an assortment of 20th century composers. The results are a surprise to both centuries.
